Gardens and flying things

Just a quick note to say hello and show ya'll what's goin on in the Not So Great White North.

My brother Rick, Hilde, Christopher and Nicholas recently came to visit - here's my best leprechaun imitation with the guys...

The garden has gone out of control - we have already picked several pounds of spinich and lettuce - the vines are full of tomatoes and the melons are going to come alive at any moment and take over the city....

Below is some of Dill and Marjoram that we just picked. I don't know about anyone else, but I've never seen dill like this before.... wow!

On a side note - I wrecked on my bike this week - riding too fast, late for a meeting with no helmet or pads... Amazingly, that gravity thing works... the laws of motion apply and I cannot yet fly... The cement and my head had a brief conversation that ended with me fighting to not pass out and some nicely bruised body parts... - Life is short and you just never know when things can happen... Hopefully your reminder / kick in the pants won't hurt as much...
